There are places that do not need words to be remembered. The wind moving through the coffee fields, mist settling over the mountains and the unmistakable sound of cicadas are all part of the landscape that gave Finca Las Chicharras its name.
Here, every harvest is the result of patience, respect for the land and the work of people who understand that quality cannot be rushed. Coffee is cultivated, observed, cared for and allowed to follow its natural rhythm.

How we work
Quality begins long before the coffee reaches its destination.
We produce, process and market green coffee from our own harvest while also sourcing selected lots from groups of small coffee producers. Throughout the process, our priority is to build long-term relationships based on quality and transparency.
